Harnessing the AI Wave

Is AI going to replace recruiters? That is quickly becoming an almost daily discussion. We’ve been talking about artificial intelligence and machine learning for years, but it has only been in the past year that this exciting (and let’s be honest, a little unnerving at times) technology has hit the mainstream. ChatGPT, BingAI, and Grammarly are just a few examples of generative AI programs that are being used every day in staffing and recruiting, as well as other industries.
