- Better training format. Our new course format is interactive content with audio, broken up in shorter modules making it easier for learners to absorb. We also reworked the courses to better reflect the way Tom presents the content. Check out the updated catalog of courses on our website.
- Self-service! A Group Manager can now assign/reassign seats directly in the learning management system without reaching out to me.
- More Reporting. A Group Manager can see user course starts, progress, and completion data. You can pull many other reports too.

Our subscription training plan is all-inclusive. Your employees can access all of our staffing recruiting, sales, and management courses in the course library. Subscriptions are month-to-month, and user seats are transferable.
